Training and Placement Cell
Report 2020-2021

Following activities was held under departmental T.P.O head during lockdown period in the year 2020-2021, Even-Semester

• One week Implant training on Elements of Artificial Intelligence (Online) was arranged for SY(ECT) from 15/3/2021-22/3/2021
• InfyTQ training for TY(ECT) was arranged for 22 days from 8/03/2021-31/3/2021
• 17 students from final year went to Industrial internship with stipend for the duration of 4-6 months.
• TCS Ninja drive-2022 training program (online) was arranged for students on 2/8/2021 or 5/8/2021.We trained the students using learning platforms like Face-prep and Shikuya learning app.
• Career counselling on GATE exam preparation by ACE academy was arranged on 22/07/2021. All Sy,TY,B.Tech students have attended the session and was encouraged to appear for GATE exam.
• Total 33 students from BTech final year (2020-2021) got placed in MNC’s likes Infosys, Capgemini, TCS, Byjus, MindTree, Wipro, Wissen Technology.

• Infosys Hackwith infytq training was arranged for BE (ECT) on 21st June to 30^th June, 2019. 
• TCS aptitude training was organized for BE (2019-2020) students from 01st July, 2019 to 08th July, 2019.
• Aptitude training as per campus recruitment (Capgemini) was arranged for BE ECT eligible candidates on 19th Jan,2020-25^th Jan,2020
• Learning C-Language by Mr. Gill sir was arranged on 28/08/2019 for TY and BE students.
• Implant training on Python programming and Machine learning was arranged for TY ECT (2019-2020) students from 26^th Dec, 2019-6^th Jan, 2020 by Expert Hub, Bangalore.
• Implant training on C-programming was arranged for SY ECT (2019-2020) from 26^th Dec, 2019 - 06^th Jan,2020 by Profound company.
• Wing Commander “Lovleen Singh Dharni” alumni meet with BE students on 19^th August, 2019
• Free Hands-on Workshop on VLSI Design using Verilog HDL was arranged for TE students on 08/2/2019 by Mavion Silicon Pvt.Ltd.
• Webinar on the topic IOT by IIT Bombay ‘Rendezvous with Lori Beer,CIO JP Morgan’ Chase was arranged  on 5^th Nov,2019 for TY students.
